I ordered a bundle with two boxing matches included in a yearly subscription for around $100 altogether. I thought I would pay all costs up front, and I didn't realize I would be charged $20.99 each month for the rest of the year.
I recently got sick and lost my income, and when I try to cancel my subscription, I am notified that I can't until my subscription ends in February 2027. My accounts are empty, and I paid for my event, which was for 2 separate events, and I would like to cancel my current yearly subscription.
I believe I paid every payment up until March or April 2026 because I got sick in March 2026. If you could reach out via email or call, thank you.

Cancel my subscription
- Unable to cancel; no option found, and billing renews on the 2nd before the 3rd cancellation date.
I subscribed with the understanding that I could cancel at any time. I've tried to cancel my subscription a few times, but I don't have a way to do so.
Your website mentions that I can do so on the 3rd of every month, but when the billing date is the 3rd of every month. Somehow, your system (DAZN) generates another receipt automatically renewing my account, charging me on the 2nd of the month, a day before my actual cancellation date???
Please cancel my subscription, which I only use to watch the football games in the United States, hence the NFL season, which is from September to February every year.
